After speaking to the BCGH team, Nat was invited to attend a business surgery appointment with the head of BC Growth Hub, Jaspal Sohal. The business wanted to enquire mainly about general growth support in order to help them develop the company, as well as wanting to explore ways to recruit new staff and to train the existing workforce.

After successfully liaising with various contacts, the BCGH team referred the company to a few different programmes and support options.
The team referred Nat to SERCO and Digital Innovation for Manufacturing in relation to recruitment and training options for the company staff.
JCM Fine Joinery were also referred to the Phase2Digital programme for support with their website, marketing and general digital elements.
As well as the Advanced Services Growth Programme and the Manufacturing Growth Programme to help the company examine areas for improvement and their production processes.
