Shaun Parry, Director of the company, contacted the Black Country LEP Growth Hub team as he wanted to gain general advice and growth support for his new SME business.
Solution
The BCGH team listened to Shaun’s introduction and made a referral to the in-house Experts in Residence programme.
Shaun was then matched with Devya Athwal, a respected business director with a wealth of experience in business growth, business strategy and recruitment.
Conclusion
Shaun has since completed various one to one sessions with Devya and has noted important aspects he should be focusing on as a new business. Helping CNC Maintenance to avoid common business mistakes and keep on top of their finances.
The company now aims to reach out to prospective clients, to inform them how the services provided by CNC Maintenance Solutions can reduce their costs and support their production process.
